This 2 hour session is tailored towards agents wanting to design a set and forget digital and social media strategy, Adrian will cover off on the following topics:

1. Creating your own website. What to do & what not to do. Adrian will bust all the myths on this topic & provide support on navigating what can erroneously & misleadingly be portrayed as a complicated space.
2. Just listed professional videos on EVERY property, both as a listing tool & to boost your digital personal profile. This may be either agent or vendor funded, with a social media geo-targeting boosting strategy.
3. Facebook/Instagram ads via ‘Ad Manger’ to generate 15-20 actual genuine seller leads per month (this is different to boosting, it is a targeting & retargeting piece using pixels/cookies).
4. Authentic sold videos, representing an authentic & raw edge to your personal marketing brand. Social media boosting will be explained here as well.
5. All you need to know about the popular, yet usually poorly executed ‘Saturday Afternoon Wrap’. Adrian will explain the essential elements required to add value to your community, while symbiotically displaying success marketing. The social boosting initiative also applies here.
6. Weekly community videos. This is a recent initiative adopted & coached by Adrian which has delivered the most effective ‘cut-through’ of any marketing strategy he has undertaken during his 32 year real estate career. Adrian will make you the ‘Digital Mayor’ of your core market and the topics include; local history, suburb statistics, recent sales, buyer demographic, local ownership tenure & capital growth. This is also heavily boosted through multiple social media platforms.
7. Google AdWords vs. SEO. Adrian will share his years of research in this area.
8. Adrian will explain how he has analysed the Facebook/Instagram algorithm in order to penetrate & saturate your core market. This includes boosting your personal profile, while adding value to your vendors by promoting every listing. Adrian will show you how to achieve thousands of views to be used as both a listing tool & unique selling proposition (USP). Adrian has spent years studying how the algorithm works & the most effective dissemination of your content.
